ABOUT: The Occurrence: Species 3 / Transmutation 1 This image is one from a series of works that unfold with gradual changes relating to the brief story, "The Occurrence: Part 1," which can be found in Memoirs. All the works in this series are evolutions in the stages of the story. They begin with The Ash, move into Transmutations, and slip into Disappearance. Each image works on its own, but together and in context they tell a tale that leaves room for the imagination of the viewer to complete. Much of my work implies rather than states in order to afford the viewer a participatory role in creating the narrative, a story that incorporates their own creativity, memories, and experiences.
